As is the custom for many years now, all of the celebrities to be featured in the next season of Dancing with the Stars were announced earlier today on Good Morning America. Season 32 will star a ‘Brady’, a ‘Bachelorette’, a male supermodel, an Oscar winner, an NFL star and more. Every season of the show comes with a number of surprises, most of which you have already heard about.

As I am sure you have already heard, Tyra Banks is no longer hosting the dance competition show. She won’t be serving as executive producer either. She is a very talented woman, but America never really got over her replacing Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews in Season 29. I don’t know if she really meant to, but Banks often stole the mirror ball spotlight with her outlandish costume changes and attention on herself. Alfonso Ribeiro became co-host of the show in Season 30 and for this season, he has been promoted to the show’s main hosting duties. Stepping in for co-hosting duties is former pro dancer, Julianne Hough.

This year’s stars from the big screen, small screen and really small screen (social media) include:

(ABC)
  • Emma Slater and real estate agent to the stars, Maurico Umansky
  • Barry Williams who played Greg on The Brady Bunch and Peta Murgatroyd
  • Alyson Hannigan (who serves as host of Penn & Teller: Fool Us and former How I Met Your Mother star) and Sasha Farber
  • Koko Iwasaki and comedic actor from Veep, Matt Walsh
  • Val Chmerkovsky and actress Xochitl Gomez, who starred alongside Benedict Cumberbatch as America Chavez in the Marvel movie, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
(ABC)
  • Pasha Pashkov and popular bartender from Vanderpump Rules, Ariana Madix
  • Jenna Johnson and Tyson Beckford, whom Vogue magazine has dubbed “the greatest male model of all time.”
  • Mighty Aphrodite Oscar-winning actress Mira Sorvino and Gleb Savchenko
  • Rylee Arnold and social media star and owner of The Ritual, a plant-based, cruelty-free candle line, Harry Jowsey.
  • Artem Chigvintsev and Bachelorette star Charity Lawson
(ABC)
  • Comedic social media star Lele Pons and Brandon Armstrong
  • Alan Bersten and actor/singer Jamie Lynn Spears, sister to Britney Spears
  • Britt Stewart and Minnesota Vikings football player Adrian Peterson
  • Grammy Award singer Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach

Longtime head judge, Len Goodman retired from the show last season. Last April, fans were shocked to hear that Goodman passed away from a battle with bone cancer. His role hasn’t been replaced and the judging will continue with Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.

Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars begins on Tuesday, September 26 airing live at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+. Shows will be available the next day on Hulu.
