Paul Rudd and Paul Rudd Star in New Netflix Series

Before you even start, no, that isn’t a typo in the title. Paul Rudd is playing duel roles for the new Netflix series, Living with Yourself. See, it goes like this: Rudd (aka Ant-Man) plays Miles, a 50-year-old depressed man who after a night of drowning his sorrows, visits Top Happy Spa which promises him a new life. And it does … with one major side effect – he’s been cloned.

The trailer for the new eight-episode series hints that the Miles clone is sent home to live his new life while the real Miles has been buried alive. None the wiser, Mile’s wife (Aisling Bea) likes the change she sees in what she thinks is her husband, but the real Miles is freaking out finding that he needs to fight for his job and marriage like never before.
Netflix describes the new series as an “inventive existential comedy that asks: do we really want to be better?” Told from multiple perspectives, the show was created and written by Timothy Greenberg (The Daily Show with Jon Stewart) and directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris (The Battle of the Sexes, Little Miss Sunshine).
Living with Yourself debuts on October 18 on Netflix.
